ALL

A token as a primitive.

The token

ALL is a fixed-supply currency on a public curve.

Anyone can buy it.

Anyone can accept it.

Anyone can build with it.

Any person, any community, any business, any app.

Whitelabel it, denominate your business in it, or ignore it.

No permission required.

The economy

ALL is built for an economy bigger than any one fan club.

Any business or community plugs in the same way.

No one runs ALL, so no one outranks you in it.

Everyone enters on the same public terms.

Everything in it is built by the people in it.

Participants compete and contribute, as in any real economy.

The reserve

ALL is bought from an on-chain reserve and sold back to it.

The next unit’s price depends only on how much it holds.

It holds exactly what was paid in.

Every unit sells back to it down the same curve.

Units enter circulation only through it.

There will never be more than 21,000,000.

At the reserve there is no order book and no market maker.

No one is on the other side of it.

Anyone may trade ALL anywhere else.

The reserve’s price is the reference.

$100 $1K $10K $100K $1M $10M $100M $1B $10B $100B $1.14T $0.01 $0.10 $1 $10 $100 $1K $10K $100K $1M Dollars in reserve (USDF) Price per ALL

Reserve $1,000,000 Price $0.8872 per ALL

Units issued 5,113,525 Redeemable per ALL (average) $0.1956

Market cap $4,537,000 (not redeemable)

This is the arithmetic of the two equations below, not a forecast, and it promises no return. Market cap is price × units issued and is not redeemable. Only the reserve is: on average each ALL redeems for the reserve ÷ units issued. At this point of the curve that is 4.5× below the price. The curve ends where every unit has been issued: $1.14T in reserve. The price falls along the same curve.

The math

Purchase Cost = A × ( ek × (Units Issued + Units Purchased) − ek × Units Issued )

Redemption Value = A × ( ek × Units Issued − ek × (Units Issued − Units Redeemed) )

where k = ln(100,000,000) ÷ 21,000,000 = 0.00000087717527
and A = $0.01 ÷ k = $11,400.2301.

Which means: Price of the next unit = $0.01 + Reserve ÷ 1,140,023.

The first unit costs one cent. The last costs one million dollars. Every $1,140,023 in the reserve raises the price by one dollar.
